牛排

主料：牛排、黄油、西兰花、牛排酱、鸡蛋

放入备好的牛排煎

煎至3成熟左右滴少许红酒，洒少许黑胡椒

将鸡蛋煎好，西兰花放开水焯熟，摆盘，放入备好的黑椒牛排酱即可
